Planning a surprise? Tell us the hotel, villa or restaurant, the exact time and who will receive the cake, and we’ll coordinate delivery so it waits at reception, goes up to the room through the hotel or is brought to the table. For example, a cake can wait with the restaurant team and come out with dessert after a sunset dinner, while the person you are surprising doesn’t know anything until it appears.

Pick the Moment First
Decide when the cake should appear before you choose the design. At dinner, after a sunset walk, at breakfast in the room or when your partner opens the villa door — each moment needs a different delivery time and a different person to receive the cake. Once the moment is clear, everything else is easy to arrange.

Choose Words That Fit
On a Small bento, three to five words look best: a nickname, “Still you”, a date with a heart. A longer phrase or a full sentence needs a Medium cake or bigger. Write the text exactly as it should appear, check names and spelling twice, and decide whether you want it in English, in your own language or in both.

Keep the Secret Safe
If you share a phone or a WhatsApp on the same tablet, tell us so we don’t send photos or reminders at the wrong time. Give us one contact for all questions and, if you can, a second one — a friend, the concierge or the restaurant manager — in case you can’t answer during the evening.

When should I order a Valentine’s Day cake?
As early as you can, ideally a week or more before February 14. Valentine’s week is very busy for every bakery in Phuket, and delivery slots in the evening go first. If you have already decided on the design, message us now: we’ll confirm the date and keep your slot, and you can still change the text closer to the day.
Can you deliver the cake as a surprise to our hotel or restaurant?
Yes. Send us the name of the hotel, villa or restaurant, the time, the room number and a phone number (or arrange with reception in advance that they will accept the cake). We can leave the cake with reception or the restaurant team so it is brought out at the right moment. Tell the staff in advance that a cake is coming; it helps everything go smoothly, and they can keep it cool until dinner.
What size cake is right for a dinner for two?
A Small bento serves two to three people and is the most popular choice for a date night. If you want leftovers for the next day or you are celebrating with a few friends, take a Medium maxi bento. For a party, a Large or Two-Tier cake gives room for flowers, a portrait or a longer message.
Can you write our names, a date or a message in another language?
Yes. We write names, nicknames, dates and short phrases in any language, including Thai, Russian and other alphabets. Send the exact spelling as text in WhatsApp, not only as a photo, so every letter is right. On a small cake, a short line of a few words reads best; a longer message fits better on a bigger cake.
Can we put our photo on the cake?
Yes. Send a clear photo where both faces are well lit, and we’ll suggest how to place it: as the main picture on top or as a small frame next to your names. If you prefer something softer, we can draw a simple hand-piped line portrait of the two of you instead of a printed photo.
Which flavors do couples usually choose?
For Valentine’s Day, red velvet, strawberry-chocolate and chocolate with strawberries are favorites, because they match the red and pink designs. Pistachio-raspberry is a lighter option for a warm evening. If you each like something different, a Medium cake can have one flavor and a few cupcakes in another.
How long does it take to prepare a cake?
Most cakes are ready within 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the chosen filling. If you need a cake urgently, message us on WhatsApp — rush orders are often possible, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do in time.
How does cake delivery work?
We deliver cakes to your address at a time that suits you. Every cake is carefully packed to keep its shape and freshness, and depending on the distance it travels by motorcycle or car. Delivery is available throughout Phuket. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is confirmed with your order. Self-pickup is also possible.
