What is a bento cake?

How many people does a bento cake serve?
Our Small bento serves 2–3 people, which makes it a good choice for a couple, a gift for one person or a small celebration in a hotel room. If you want to share it with a few more people, choose the Medium maxi bento, which serves 4–6. For a bigger group, add cupcakes or go for a Large cake.
Can you write a message in Russian, Thai or another language?
Yes. We can write your message in any language, including Russian, Thai, Chinese or German. Send the exact text in WhatsApp as plain text, not only as a photo, so we copy every letter correctly. For short words in a different alphabet, we may suggest a slightly simpler font so the letters stay clear on a small cake.
Can you draw a picture or a character on a bento cake?
We can pipe a simple drawing in cream: a cat, a heart, a flower, a smiley face, a palm tree or an outline of a favorite character. Send a reference picture and we’ll tell you how it will look on a small cake.
Can I send a bento cake as a surprise to someone’s hotel?
Yes, this is one of the most popular ways to order a bento cake in Phuket. Give us the hotel name, the room number, a phone number and the delivery time (or arrange with reception in advance that they will accept the cake), and we’ll bring the cake to the reception or arrange the handover with the hotel staff. Let us know if it is a surprise, so we contact you, not the guest, about the delivery.
Does the bento cake come with a spoon or a fork?
Bento cakes come in a gift box, and we can add a spoon or fork so the cake can be eaten right away, even in a hotel room or on the beach. Mention it when you order, and tell us if you also need candles. If the cake is a gift, we can deliver it without a printed price or receipt in the box.
How long does it take to prepare a cake?
Most cakes are ready within 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the chosen filling. If you need a cake urgently, message us on WhatsApp — rush orders are often possible, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do in time.
How does cake delivery work?
We deliver cakes to your address at a time that suits you. Every cake is carefully packed to keep its shape and freshness, and depending on the distance it travels by motorcycle or car. Delivery is available throughout Phuket. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is confirmed with your order. Self-pickup is also possible.
