Can you put our company logo on the cake?
Yes. Send the logo file on WhatsApp, ideally a high-resolution or vector version, together with your brand colors. We will tell you how it will look on the size you choose and suggest a simplified version if the logo has very fine details.
Can you make cupcakes with our logo for a large team?
Yes, a logo is possible on cupcakes as well. A centerpiece cake with matching cupcakes is a convenient format for bigger groups, because everyone gets a portion without cutting a large cake. The quantity and the final price are agreed on WhatsApp.
Can each colleague get a personal bento cake?
Yes. A set of bento cakes with different short messages works well for birthdays in the office, team awards or a thank-you to each department. Send the list of names or messages as text, so the spelling is exactly right.
How do we plan the size for a company party?
Tell us how many people are invited, and we’ll suggest the size; the size chart on this page shows how many people each size serves. For larger events we can suggest combining a cake with cupcakes, or a long sectional cake for about fifty guests that is assembled on site.
Can you deliver to an office, a hotel or an event venue?
Yes. Send the address with a Google Maps pin, the building or floor, the start time of the event and a contact who will answer the phone. The courier calls before arrival, and we recommend delivery at least an hour before the cake is needed.
Can a company pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Payment options include a QR transfer to a Thai bank account, an international bank transfer, PayPal and cash. The final price and the payment method are confirmed on WhatsApp before we start making the cake.
How long does it take to prepare a cake?
Most cakes are ready within 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the chosen filling. If you need a cake urgently, message us on WhatsApp — rush orders are often possible, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do in time.
How does cake delivery work?
We deliver cakes to your address at a time that suits you. Every cake is carefully packed to keep its shape and freshness, and always travels by car. Delivery is available throughout Phuket. Delivery usually starts from 200 THB; the exact fee depends on the address and is confirmed before you pay. Self-pickup is also possible.
