When One Cake Has to Feed Everyone
Weddings, villa parties, company events and big family birthdays all ask the same question: how do you feed thirty or fifty people from one cake?
Our largest standard size is the Two-Tier cake, with fourteen to twenty-eight portions depending on the tier sizes. Beyond that, the cake is planned individually around your guest list and the venue.
We make three-tier cakes, most often for weddings and big birthdays. As a guide, three tiers give from about 12 portions with small tiers to about 33 with large ones, and we name the price once the tier sizes and the design are agreed. Four or five tiers are sometimes possible, but only after we have agreed on the structure and the delivery for that particular cake, so we never promise them before checking the order.
For about fifty guests there is another option: a long cake. It is low and rectangular, made in sections and assembled on site. It cuts into even slices quickly and leaves plenty of room for berries, a message or a logo.
A tall cake is the opposite shape, and the two should not be confused. It is one round tier made noticeably higher than usual, so it stands out on the table without a second tier. Height is not the same as size: a tall cake looks impressive in photos but gives about twelve portions, so it is not a cake for a crowd. Tell us how many guests will actually have a slice, and we’ll suggest the format that matches both the photos and the plates.
Tip: Send the guest count and the venue in the same message. The number of portions decides the format; the venue decides where the cake stands and how long it can stay out.
How to Plan a Large or Tiered Cake
Big cakes need a little more planning than everyday ones; these four points cover most of it.

Start With the Number of Slices
Decide how many people will have cake and whether there will be other desserts. For fourteen to twenty-eight portions a Two-Tier cake is usually enough. Three tiers cover roughly 12–33 portions; the exact number comes from the tier sizes we choose together. For about fifty guests, look at a long sectional cake or a tiered centerpiece with cupcakes around it.

Tall or Long: Two Different Cakes
A tall cake grows upward: one round tier, higher than a standard cake, with about twelve portions. It suits a dinner or a small party where the cake is the decoration of the table. A long cake grows sideways: a low rectangle built from sections, chosen for the number of slices. It suits a buffet, a company event or a wedding where about fifty guests are served quickly.
If you ask for a “big cake”, tell us which of the two you mean, or simply give the guest count and we’ll say which shape fits.

Prepare the Place for the Cake
A tiered cake may travel assembled or be assembled at the venue, depending on its size and height; we agree on this with you for each order. The venue needs two things: a level table in the shade and a fridge. Ask whether that fridge is large enough and how far the cake must be carried from the car. At a beach party, bring the cake out shortly before it is served.

Order Ahead and Arrange the Delivery
For a three-tier cake or a long cake for about fifty guests, it is best to order around ten days ahead. Write as soon as the date and the guest count are known.
Before the day we agree on four things with you: the address, the time, the person who meets the courier and the spot where the cake will stand. A long cake also needs a table long enough for all its sections. For four or five tiers, the structure and the delivery are agreed individually before we confirm the order.

We deliver cakes to your address at a time that suits you. Every cake is carefully packed to keep its shape and freshness, and always travels by car. Delivery is available throughout Phuket. Delivery usually starts from 200 THB; the exact fee depends on the address and is confirmed before you pay. Self-pickup is also possible.
