A Cake Today, Without Empty Promises
Forgotten birthdays, surprise guests and plans that change overnight happen to everyone, especially on vacation.
Same-day orders are possible, and they are not limited to plain cakes: any design we agree on with you can be made urgently, as long as the kitchen confirms it can be finished in the time left. In the best case a cake is ready in about three hours, when the design allows it and the kitchen can start at once. That is the fastest we work, not a promise for every order, so wait for our confirmation on WhatsApp before you plan around it.
An urgent order usually carries a surcharge for fitting it into the day’s schedule. Before you pay, we name the full price in one message: the cake, the urgency and the delivery.
Timing matters more than anything. We do not take orders for the same day after 17:00, and a message sent in the morning leaves far more room than one sent in the afternoon. Which flavors we can offer depends on the ingredients the kitchen has in stock that day.
If the celebration is tomorrow, the answer also depends on the schedule, so we check and confirm in the same way. A photo printed on sugar paper or a two-color design can be made for the next day once it is agreed.
Tip: In your first message, write the time the cake must arrive, the area and the number of guests. We can then answer yes or no in one reply instead of five.
How to Get an Urgent Cake in Time
A rush order succeeds when the decisions are made in the first few minutes of the chat.

Start With the Deadline
Tell us when the cake must be in the recipient’s hands and where. From that we work backwards: kitchen time, the drive and a small safety margin. If the answer is no for today, we will say so right away and suggest the earliest realistic time. Keep the cutoff in mind: requests for today are accepted until 17:00.

Send the Design You Really Want
Do not water your idea down before asking. Send the reference photo and the wording, and the kitchen will check whether it can be done in the hours available. If one detail stands in the way, we will tell you which one, and you decide what to keep. Need more than a cake? Cupcakes and bento sets can also be prepared at short notice.

Choose From the Flavors in Stock
For a rush order the flavor list is shorter than usual, because it depends on what the kitchen has on the day. Name two or three flavors you would be happy with, and we will tell you which of them we can make. Fresh berries and other details are confirmed when you order.

Pick It Up or Have It Delivered
Picking up the cake from our bakery in Rawai is usually faster than delivery, so if you can come by, say so. Delivery covers all of Phuket and always goes by car. It usually costs from 200 ฿ around Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong, from 550 ฿ in Patong, from 700 ฿ in Bang Tao and from 1,000 ฿ in Mai Khao; the exact address, the traffic and the time window you ask for decide the final amount.

Can you make a cake on the same day?
Often yes. Any design we agree on can be made urgently if the kitchen confirms it, so message us on WhatsApp with the time, the address and a photo. We accept the order only when we are sure it will be ready in time.
Until what time can I order a cake for today?
We do not take same-day orders after 17:00, and the earlier you write, the better. In the best case a cake takes about three hours, when the design allows it and the kitchen is free; this is not guaranteed for every order.
Is there an extra charge for an urgent order?
Usually yes, there is a surcharge for urgency. You get the full price for the cake, the rush and the delivery before you pay.
I need the cake tomorrow. Is that too late to order?
Usually not, but a next-day order has to be agreed with the kitchen as well. Message us as early as you can. A sugar-paper photo print or a two-color design is possible for tomorrow once we have confirmed it.
How much does same-day delivery cost?
The delivery itself is priced the usual way, by area: usually from 200 ฿ for Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong, from 250 ฿ for Kata, from 300 ฿ for Karon. Areas farther from Rawai cost more, usually from 1,000 ฿ for Mai Khao. The final figure for your address is part of the full price we send before payment.
Can I pick up an urgent cake myself?
Yes, and that is usually the quicker way. Pickup from our bakery in Rawai is possible during working hours; we let you know the moment the cake is ready.
How can I pay for my cake order?
We offer several payment options:
- Cash when placing your order at our bakery
- Cash to our courier before the cake is prepared (depending on your location)
- Bank transfer via QR code to a Thai bank account
- Bank card payment at our bakery
