The Words Make the Cake Theirs
Two cakes can look exactly the same until you read what is written on them.
A name turns any cake into a gift for one particular person, and a message tells them why you chose it. Many of the cakes we make carry a few words: a name and the age, a pet name from home, a line from a song, “Thank you” for a teacher or a joke that started on a vacation years ago.
There are several ways to put words on a cake. Messages are written by hand in cream or chocolate, right on the top. A name can be set in separate letters on top, on the side or on the cake board, and the letters can be made of cream, chocolate, fondant, candy or another material we agree on with you. A chocolate plaque or a topper lifts the name above the decoration, and a set of cupcakes can spell a word with one letter on each.
We write in Russian, English, Thai and other languages, and a name can appear in two alphabets if the family speaks more than one. Send the text as a typed message, not only as a photo or a voice note, so every letter is copied exactly.

Tip: A custom name topper is made to order and takes one to two days, so allow two full days for it when you choose the date.
How to Write a Message That Fits the Cake

Count the Characters First
Every cake has a limited writing area. On a Small bento, keep it to a name and a few words; a larger cake has room for a short sentence. Spaces, punctuation and emoji-style symbols all take room too. If you need a long greeting, choose the one line that matters most for the cake and let a card carry the rest.

Spell the Name Exactly
Names are where mistakes happen: double letters, accents, a nickname that is spelled differently from the passport name. Copy the name from the person’s own messages if you can, and check accents such as é, ñ or ü. If a spelling looks unusual, we check it with you and then write the name exactly as in the text you confirmed.

Choose Where the Words Go
Text on top is the classic choice. Letters around the side or along the cake board leave the top free for flowers, a drawing or a figure. A chocolate plaque or a topper keeps a name visible from across the room and in photos. Tell us which part matters most, the name or the message, and we will give it the best spot.

Match the Lettering to the Mood
Flowing script feels romantic, bold block letters feel playful and work well for children and jokes, and gold on a dark cake looks elegant. Two alphabets on one cake, for example Latin and Thai or Cyrillic, need a little more space, so keep each line short and both will stay readable.

How long can the message on a cake be?
The shorter the text, the larger the letters. A name and a few words suit a Small bento, while a Large or Two-Tier cake has room for a short sentence. For anything longer, we suggest keeping the key words on the cake and adding a card with the full message.
Can you write in Thai, Russian or another language?
Yes. We write in Russian, English, Thai and other languages, on the cake and on the card. Pick the style as well: calligraphy, print letters or gold on a dark cake. Send the exact text on WhatsApp as typed text, not only as a picture, so we copy every letter correctly.
Can the name go on the side or on the cake board?
Yes. The name can stand in letters on top, run around the side of the cake or lie on the board in front of it, or it can be written on a chocolate plaque. Tell us what else you want on top and we will plan the rest around it.
Will you check the spelling for me?
When a name or a word is spelled in an unusual way, we ask you about it and then follow the text you confirmed. Please look over names, dates and accents once more before you approve the order, because the cake is made from that text.
Can I add a name or a message to cupcakes too?
Yes. Cupcakes can match the cake in color, and a set of cupcakes can spell a word, such as LOVE or a name, with one letter on each.
How long does a custom name topper take?
A topper with a name is made to order in one to two days. Please plan for two, and tell us the name and its spelling as soon as you know the date. Letters of cream, chocolate, fondant or candy are made together with the cake.
How long does it take to prepare a cake?
Most cakes are ready within 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the chosen filling. If you need a cake urgently, message us on WhatsApp — rush orders are often possible, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do in time.
How does cake delivery work?
We deliver cakes to your address at a time that suits you. Every cake is carefully packed to keep its shape and freshness, and always travels by car. Delivery is available throughout Phuket. Delivery usually starts from 200 THB; the exact fee depends on the address and is confirmed before you pay. Self-pickup is also possible.
